Prices quoted are correct at time going to press, and are not guaranteed for the duration of the catalogue, due to the current fluctuations and raw materials costs to manufacturers. We shall always endeavor to absorb price increases, however we reserve the right to change them without prior notice.
DELIVERY
Items in stock will be dispatched by return, out of stock items will take longer and will be dispatched as soon as possible. Any out of stock items will be indicated on the invoice. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours depending upon stock availability. Wherever possible we will only send orders complete and in one consignment unless customer requests otherwise.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is accepted by Cheque, Postal Order, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer. (For Bank Transfer please add £6.00 to cover bank charges.) Please inform us of date Bank Transfer Completed and amount, Thank You. Payment must be received with order. Orders will be withheld until payment is received in full. Cheque clearance 7 working days. Credit notes will be issued or refunded if required, these can be used on future orders.
